There's always a way to feel better

You can overcome your inner critic by learning to express yourself creatively. Life can open up in unimaginable ways through intuitive painting or drawing.

Being allowed to ‘play’ without judgement and control develops your intuitive muscle and brings you a feeling of freedom.

Intuitive painting or drawing engages you in a process where you connect with your feelings and your ‘centre’.

You can use intuitive painting as a healing tool. A lack of ability to communicate verbally can often be overcome through expressing shape and colour. The release of long held emotional complexes helps to integrate experiences that may have been previously impossible to face up to.

Intuitive painting allows symbols from your unconscious mind to surface. This process reveals a perfect roadmap for your personal journey, and can help unlock hidden parts of yourself and help you move forward in life.

You don’t need to have ‘done art’ before to do this process. There is no right or wrong or good or bad in this method.

Your Wellbeing - your feelings count!

Wellbeing encompasses all our parts, not just the physical body. Most of our problems exist because we’ve denied our feelings at some point. To create balance in your life, it’s important to nurture your whole being – your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs.

Allow yourself the freedom to express…

“I really got a lot out of the creative visualisations and the intuitive painting. Images that came up during that part of the workshop, have carried on working for me.”
